Yes, we prepare children for tests for local Private and State-funded Grammar schools. We provide preparation in Verbal Reasoning, Non-Verbal Reasoning, English, and Maths using practice papers and our 11+ online service.  Marlon Hamilton, the Lead Consultant, has over 27 years of teaching experience. 

Your child needs to bring an A4 writing pad, a folder, calculator and stationery. 

We teach English, Science, and Maths from Key Stage 1 to GCSE level for children aged 4 to 16 years old. We specialise in 11 Plus Preparation, 11 Plus Mock Exams, and offer 11 Plus Online Courses. Additionally to the above, we offer A-Level Mathematics.

Collection time is approximately 5 minutes after the session ends. 

Homework is compulsory and we provide weekly assignments that should take approximately 30 minutes to complete. 

Parental support is crucial as we encourage parents to provide assistance to their children with homework.

Payments can be made in cash or via bank transfer to the provided account details. 

Payments are due on the first of each month in advance. 

No, we do not accept weekly payments. 

Yes, there is a discount for yearly payments if made before March of each year. 

Note: There will be a 5% discount for enrolling your child for 3 or more days, and a 10% discount for paying annually!

It is recommended to start tuition early to give children every opportunity to learn and improve academic performance. 

Starting 11 Plus tuition in year 3 or 4 is ideal to adequately prepare for the demanding course. 

Regular feedback on progress and occasional testing are provided. Parents are included in the feedback process. 

One month’s notice is required to end the tuition

Fees are calculated based on the number of lessons in the year and worked out monthly. For example, year 11 final payment would be May and all other students would be June of each year.

A late payment charge of £20 applies if payments are more than 3 weeks overdue. 

We may rearrange a missed lesson or attend the rescheduled class if we close due to bad weather.

Students are awarded progress prizes and certificates. Once a term a £10 Amazon voucher will also be issued for attendance and homework. Tutors will praise students and provide plenty of support and encouragement. The greatest reward, however, is the tangible improvement in performance at school and a rise in confidence and self-esteem.

We have found that the best results are achieved when only one subject is studied in a single tutorial. Should your child require support in more than one subject, we may recommend taking two tutorials a week – one for each subject.  

We offer targeted support, address problem areas and help to build academic confidence.

Yes, as the support that is additional to or different from the support generally made for other children of the same age. Where necessary additional support may be brought in to support the child/ren accordingly.  

In the event of staff absences, children will have the opportunity to access the lesson and resources from our online portal.  

You are able to reschedule the lesson if possible; however, if feasible, the lesson could be recorded.
